Q: Which cards or online services do you accept for payment?

A: We want checkout to be as smooth as possible for you! You can pay by Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard and Maestro, Paypal, Amazon Pay and American Express.

Q: Can I pay in another currency? What's the conversion rate?

A: We operate in pounds sterling, which means your card or payment provider will do the converting into your own currency.

The conversion rate, and any conversion charges are set by your provider, so they will be the best to provide information on this.

Q: Is it safe to use my personal and payment data on your website?

A: We're legally required to encrypt personal and financial data delivered through our website, so rest assured your information is safe with us - it cannot be intercepted and read. Your personal data is handled within European and UK data protection and privacy standards. We use a number of third-party services noted on our privacy page.

We also gladly accept payment via a cheque in pounds sterling, although we'll be held up from sending your items until your payment clears. This usually takes five days.

Delivery outside the UK and EU

There's a £12.00 charge for your first item, with £6.00 for each item added thereafter. Delivery times vary throughout the world.

We charge a higher rate for delivery to Hong Kong, Australia, Cambodia, Malaysia and New Zealand. We charge £12.00 for your first item, with £12.00 for each additional item.

Please be aware of any import taxes in your destination country, Lovell Sports is not responsible for any additional charges.
