You’ve got to hand it to Puma.
Since the debut of their first “Carbon Ultra 5” with the Formula Pack back in July earlier this year, the brand has been on a roll, delivering one of the lightest and most technologically advanced speed boots on the market.
Now, with the rollout of their ‘Lights Out’ Ultra, Puma raises the bar yet again, offering both unisex and women’s specific fits across their “Carbon” and “Ultimate” boot models.
Showcasing what Puma dubs as a “Fizzy Apple/White/Bluemazing” colourway, the vibrant, almost neon-like upper is perfectly suited for the high-pressure, high-stakes environment of European club football, where every second counts under the floodlights.
The fusion of Bluemazing and Fizzy Apple colours evokes pure speed, with blurred lines that suggest explosive acceleration. The white detailing on the formstrip sharpens this effect, symbolizing streamlined aerodynamics – after all, it only makes sense being the company’s flagship speed silo
Tech-wise, the boot remains revolutionary.
The Ultimate edition features the revisited SPEEDSYSTEM outsole, while the Carbon edition integrates a custom carbon-fiber SpeedSystem outsole, offering 32% more springiness than the non-carbon version, inspired by Puma’s insights from motorsport.

Stability meets creativity in the Puma Future 7 with its eye-catching ‘Gray Skies / White / Fizzy Apple’ colourway. The bold design pops under the floodlights, reflecting the shadowy contrasts of European football nights.
Streaks of Fizzy Apple break through the ‘Gray Skies,’ while hints of blueish-purple add a striking contrast, creating a visually dynamic and captivating look that’s set to light up the pitch.
Engineered with an adaptive FUZIONFIT360 upper, the Future 7 delivers a customised fit that locks you in while still allowing complete freedom of movement on the pitch.
The combination of PWRPRINT, PWRTAPE, dual mesh, and stretchy knit ensures a snug fit that doesn’t sacrifice agility.
